Location was perfect, next to golden square, staff was VERY HELPFUL however we didn't see much of them. It had nice private bathroom. Having kitchenette helped a lot.

Great location and helpful team. We met the owner. Within 10 mins walk there is Rainforest Cafe, offering hot beverages and treats. Brilliant place for visiting the national gallery in the vicinity.
